Passport Control and Baggage Claim
If you arrive from a Schengen country or on a domestic flight, there is no passport control. You simply proceed to the baggage claim area and then exit into the arrivals hall.
For non-Schengen arrivals, passport control is required, but due to the limited number of intercontinental or long-haul flights at Linate, delays are rare and usually minimal.

Meeting Point – Where to Find Your Driver
Once you have collected your luggage (or immediately if you are traveling with hand luggage only), you will exit into the main public arrivals area.
Your driver will be waiting inside the terminal, holding a sign with your name or booking reference.
Because Linate Airport has a single main arrivals hall, the meeting point is very easy and fast, with no long walking distances or confusing terminals.
In simple terms, you walk out, and we are right there waiting for you.
