Pick Up Service at Malpensa Airport – A Personal Guide

My name is Adrian, I am the owner of Milanobycar, and very often I am also the driver who will personally pick you up at Malpensa Airport. In this short guide, I’d like to explain how our Malpensa Airport pick-up service works, so you can arrive relaxed and know exactly what to expect.
International and Non-Schengen Arrivals – Terminal 1, Area B
If you are arriving on an intercontinental flight from Asia, the Middle East, the USA, Canada, South America, or from any non-Schengen country, you will land at Malpensa Airport Terminal 1, Area B.
In recent months, there have occasionally been delays at passport control. Normally, the whole process—passport control plus baggage claim—takes around one hour, but sometimes it can be longer. Please don’t worry: we will wait for you, even if your arrival is delayed.
The most important thing is to keep us informed. If you notice that passport control is taking longer than expected, please contact us using the phone number listed in your booking, or reach out directly to your driver if you already have their contact.
The easiest way is WhatsApp, but an SMS is also perfectly fine.
Very rarely, luggage can be delayed or lost, and you may need to fill out a declaration at the airport. If this happens—especially if you are already late—please let us know that you need extra time, just to be safe.
Once you have collected your luggage (unless you are travelling with hand luggage only), you will pass through a door into the first public arrival area, where people are waiting for passengers.
Your driver will be waiting just outside the baggage claim area, holding a sign with your name or booking name, usually near Exit 8.
In simple words: we wait immediately after the baggage claim exit, so you can spot us easily.
Schengen and Domestic Arrivals – Terminal 1, Area A
If you are arriving on a domestic flight or from a Schengen country, you will arrive at Terminal 1, Area A. There is no passport control in this case. You simply collect your luggage and exit into the arrival area.
Your driver will be waiting inside the airport, close to Exit 3, with a sign showing your name or reservation.
As mentioned before, if your luggage is delayed and you need more time, please inform us as soon as possible.
Terminal 2 – EasyJet Flights
Malpensa Airport also has Terminal 2, which is currently used exclusively by easyJet low-cost flights. Terminal 2 has one single arrival exit.
Here as well, your driver will be inside the airport, waiting with a sign displaying your name or booking reference, making the meeting point very simple and stress-free.
